Join our Team Training and experience new levels of strength and conditioning. You’ll be challenged, coached, motivated, encouraged and supported to push outside your comfort zone in an environment full of camaraderie for all levels of athletes.

Team Training workouts are progressive over the 4-week session and centered around functional movements that help create a stronger more powerful and efficient body with intervals that help build better conditioning, endurance and speed all in a one-hour class. Your group will help keep you accountable and the workouts are varied and fun, all you have to do is show up!

TeamFit – high intensity, multi-functional, multi-directional training, designed to build both your aerobic and anaerobic capacity along with strength. This will allow you to burn maximum calories to create a stronger, learner you. Small sessions to give you personalized attention & instruction.

FEATURES

  • Rowers, assault bikes, kettle bells, dumbbells, wall balls, slam balls, plyometric boxes & body weight.

  • High intensity intervals and drills to BURN MAXIMUM CALORIES.

  • Drills to improve speed and power.

  • Functional movements to INCREASE MUSCLE STRENGTH & LOAD.

  • Warm ups to target stabilizer muscles in both the upper and lower body while prepping the body for the workout.

  • Based on a 4 to 6-WEEK CYCLE in which movements, load, & intensity are progressive/varied to allow for new muscular adaptations.

  • 6 PEOPLE per session to give you quality instruction & attention from our CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER.

Team BikeFIT – Power, speed, strength, and endurance are key elements to riding strong whether training for recreational riding or racing at any level. Our performance based session is built around increasing speed, power, strength and endurance both on and off the bike.

Features

  • The SPINNER CHRONO BIKE with direct power creates the most accurate & reliable power sensor.

  • Weighted sleds, kettle bells, dumbbells, wall balls, slam balls, plyometric boxes & body weight.

  • Watt testing is conducted at the beginning of each new cycle; intervals are designed around your watts for a PERSONALIZED INTERVAL SESSION.

  • Based on a 4 to 6-WEEK CYCLE in which movements, load, & intensity are constantly varied to allow for new muscular adaptations.

  • 6 PEOPLE per session to give you quality instruction & attention from our CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINERS.
