This may be billed to member’s account / or paid at the time of visit.

Memberships automatically continue on a month to month basis after the expiration of initial agreed term with no additional initiation fee.  After obligation date has been met, the member may terminate their membership by giving a 30 day written notice. There are NO Verbal agreements to any contracts. HRAC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse club access to anyone, and to terminate or deny membership to anyone.  Phone calls will not be accepted for cancellation of membership. 

Billing dates are the 26th to the 25th and monthly balances are automatically submitted for payment on the 3rd of each month. If the 3rd falls on a weekend or holiday, automatic billing will take place the next business day.
