CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Pilates : One hour class with Christine Monday morning at 9:00 AM. Work on Postural Alignment ,Flexibility, Core Strength. This Pilates blend class will have something for everyone. We'll use Pilates  fundamentals to bring more  ease,  core strength, and  body awareness into your everyday life. This is a full body movement class , with a focus on moving better, and more from your center.

Cardio Cycle : One hour class with outstanding certified instructors. They will coach and encourage you to enhance your strength and cardiovascular endurance by an intense but ‘self-modified’ program of spinning with great music and camaraderie

Senior Build : : Train for your next decade. Build your strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and posture through classes designed to ready you for the next decade. Your body will love you. The class will utilize bands, bodyweight movements, massage balls, chairs, and light weights. 

Grit & Grind :This Time Under Tension (TUT)weight training program focuses on maximizing muscle growth and endurance by controlling the duration muscles are under strain during each repetition. The class emphasizes slow, deliberate movements to increase the time muscles are actively engaged, typically aiming for 20-60 seconds per set. Participants use moderate weights, performing exercises like squats, bench presses, or bicep curls with controlled tempos (e.g., 4 seconds lowering, 2 seconds lifting). The program enhances muscle hypertrophy, improves strength, and boosts muscular endurance through precise form

Yoga : A discipline method, centuries old, of obtaining control of the body and mind. Obtain the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits by adopting a regular practice of Yoga.

AMplify : An early morning high energy Hybrid workout combining strength, core and cardio.

OUR INSTRUCTORS

Emma Brown : Vinyasa Yoga Friday at noon. This class combines poses to create heat in the body while you focus on your breathing as you move from one pose to the next. All levels of students are welcome.  Be restored, challenged, and engaged. Emma is a yoga instructor from North Carolina. She has over 400 hours of training and continues to pursue further training.

Angela Middel: Angela teaches Monday and Wednesday @ 5:30 PM and Friday at 6:30 AM Angela teaches to all levels, with a nice balance between strength and letting go. Whether you are a beginner, or advanced yoga student, you will feel comfortable, safe and strong in her classes. Angela received her Yoga teacher Training in Shanghai China, with Inspya Yoga. She is a 320 hour certified yoga teacher. Angela is Baptiste Certified to teach Journey Into Power. “I have over 20 years of teaching and learning about yoga. It moves through my daily life, into my family, friends and lifestyle.” All you need is yoga :

Kelly Carsley : Kelly teaches Senior Build at 10:30 on Tuesday and Yoga at noon on Tuesday. She designs her classes for the whole body and for everybody, focusing on building strength, stability , balance and mobility. Kelly has been teaching Yoga for 14 years and is a C-IAYT certified Yoga Therapist. Kelly is alos SAYF (safety and sustainability) trained and is trauma informed.

Matt Roth : Matt is teaching Grit and Grind on W/F at 9:00. Matt is certified in many areas of group fitness instruction + has years of experience as an instructor. He brings his energy, experience, and enthusiasm to this strength and cardio class

Matt Rankin : Carly Borton : Kara Weld : Matt Roth : These men and women are the Cardio Cycle leaders. They bring energy, creativity, and music that inspires each participant to achieve greatness on their bike! Carly Borton and Matt Roth also lead Strength Class

Carly Borton: Join her on T/Th for her AMplify workout at 6:30 AM. She will take you beyond your capabilities!

Madeline VanMan: Join Madeline Wednesday Mornings at 6:30 to welcome the new day in her power to peace vinyasa-to-yin experience. Set in a darkened room with energizing music to drop out of the mind and into the body. Begin with an invigorating power vinyasa that challenges your strength, then transition seamlessly into a nurturing yin practice of deep release.

Kristi Garwood: Kristi teaches gentle vinyasa flow classes on Saturdays at 9:30 AM. Designed for all levels, her sessions offer a creative blend of intentional breath-mind-body movement and meditation, accompanied by uplifting melodies that foster an environment of reflection. As a RYT200 instructor currently pursuing her RYT500 certification, Kristi has practiced yoga for over 12 years. In addition, she is certified as an integrative health practitioner.
